Sessions

A session is an opportunity to deeply engage with one's own experience by checking in with felt sensations in the emotional, energetic and physical body. Alona creates a safe container for deep, intentional feeling and discovery, sitting with, and being centered and listened to. This allows a level of relaxation that reaches to the nervous system and somatically releases fears, and reveals stories and beliefs. Each session makes space for more expansion, allowing us to tap into areas of our inner life that often remain in our unconsciousness. Through consistent practice of this work we develop in sessions, we get to know ourselves on a deeper level and can bring clarity into the sticky situations, and difficult relationships in our lives that often seem to hinder us from experiencing more bliss and expansion on our journey.
